Cancellations

Cancellation requests are time-sensitive because many Made for Cards products are produced after an order is placed.

Before production starts

If production has not started, we will usually be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. Contact us quickly with your order number if you need to cancel.

After production starts

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials, preparation, and machine time have already been committed. We will still review requests on a best-efforts basis.

Design changes

Changes after purchase are not usually permitted, but we will try to help if production has not started and the change is practical. Some changes may affect price, production time, or whether the item can be made cleanly.

Ready-made stock

If a product is already made and ready to send, cancellation is usually possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it will usually need to be handled through the returns process instead.
