We collect basic first-party analytics to understand how the site is used, such as page visits, approximate visitor counts, referrers, coarse device or browser details, country-level location where available, and high-level shop activity such as projects created, basket additions, and completed orders. This is used to maintain and improve the website. We do not store raw IP addresses for analytics, and our first-party analytics does not use analytics cookies.

Uploaded files, reference images, and generated design choices are used for the project or order they relate to. We may show finished product photos or design previews as examples of Made for Cards work, but we avoid sharing designs that clearly include personal details, private images, or recognisable people unless you have agreed. Tell us if you do not want your design used in examples.

We do not sell your details. Information is only shared where needed to run the service, such as payment processing, hosting, email, delivery services, fraud prevention, or where legally required.

Payments are handled by a specialist payment provider. Made for Cards does not store full card numbers.

Information is kept only for as long as needed to handle an enquiry or order, provide support, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain reasonable business records.

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for data to be deleted where legally possible.
