Returns
Returns are handled with the difference between standard designs and customer-created designs in mind. The aim is to be fair, practical, and clear before production starts.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other fair solution where appropriate.
Ready-made products
Ready-made products can usually be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned within the return window stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Return postage may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom products
Custom products are made from the customer's chosen design, artwork, colours, and product options. Returns based only on not liking the final design are not normally accepted once the item has been produced. We may still offer goodwill help where it is fair and practical.
Design previews
Design previews are there to help you check the layout before ordering. Colours, material texture, and small surface details may vary between screen previews and finished physical products.
