Shipping and returns
Made for Cards uses simple flat-rate shipping for UK, European, and international orders. Delivery timing depends on the destination and the time needed to produce the items in your order.
Shipping rates
Flat-rate delivery keeps checkout simple. Prices are shown in the shop currency where available and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery times
Production for made-to-order items is normally completed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are usually posted 1 to 2 days after production is complete. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier service.
Made-to-order products
Custom products enter production after purchase. If a design issue prevents clean production, we will contact you before proceeding.
Ready-made products
Ready-made products use existing designs, but many are still produced to order. They follow the same production and dispatch estimate unless a product page says an item is already in stock.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photos. Custom items may have different return rules because they are produced to the customer's design. More detail is available on the returns page.
